Privacy Statement

Overview

This website (“the Site”) is operated by BP-Genesis, LLC, a project and venture foundry for new AI use cases. The Site is informational: it describes the company and links to the ventures it operates. This statement explains what information the Site handles and what it does not.

Information we collect

The Site does not ask for, or collect, personal information from visitors. It has no accounts, no sign-up or contact forms, no comments, and no payment features.

Two kinds of technical information are still involved:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps in order to deliver the Site and keep it secure. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
• Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark display, your choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage so the Site remembers it. It is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

The Site currently sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics service. Fonts are served from the Site itself rather than from a third-party font service. If that changes, we will update this statement first.

If you contact us

If you send us a message, whether by email or through LinkedIn, we receive your name or email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to read and respond to you, and we keep it as long as needed for that purpose. Messages sent through LinkedIn are also handled by LinkedIn under its own terms and privacy policy.

How information is used

Information described above is used only to operate and secure the Site and to respond to messages you choose to send. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing.

Our ventures and other sites

The Site links to products operated by BP-Genesis, LLC, including BP-Pickleball, BP-OfficeHours and BP-Attendance. Each has its own domain and handles information differently from this Site, so each has its own privacy statement. This statement does not cover them or any other website you reach through a link, including LinkedIn.

Service providers

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel handles request data on our behalf as described above, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices and questions

Because the Site collects no personal information through its pages, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have messaged us and want that message removed, or have any question about this statement, contact us through LinkedIn.

Changes to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised statement.
